Tom Hogarty is a Miami-based health and nutrition coach with a masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University. From his days as a NCAA Division 1 track and field athlete to current natural bodybuilder, Tom understands the impact that discipline and consistency has on the body. Tom has over 10 years experience in optimizing the body’s physiological and psychological systems through training, nutrition, and mindset coaching. Tom created Embodifit with one goal in mind- to provide YOU with the structure, tools, and solutions to become the walking embodiment of physical, mental, and spiritual health!
